High-end upholstery fabric?

I’d like to have an ottoman and an armchair reupholstered and am thinking I can go for something high-end since I don’t actually need that much fabric. Can anyone recommend some good sources of high-end upholstery fabric, ideally brick-and-mortar? I’m in upper NW. Thanks!

Design center. But I have had great success at Calico Corners, which is a huge mix of medium end and lower end stuff. FYI, you will need more fabric than you think.

And honestly, it's all about shopping around. I detest cheap fabric, but I've gotten $60 a yard fabric for $8 a yard.
