Is there a known troll in the DC parents left children in locked car thread

Anonymous
It's a thread in off topic attracting a ton of comments, but there is one poster who repeatedly says she/ he doesn't care about children being neglected and that the parebts can choose to parent any way they wish and she would never report children locked in a car. The posts are too well written to be a child, but they're so cold... Almost saddistic... Wondering if it is a known troll or problem poster.

I would actually hate to believe this is an actual parent.

The poster is very active, having posted nearly 2,000 posts, and has pissed me off on a number of occasions. But, I don't think the poster is a troll. Rather, just someone who is very opinionated (and whose opinions frequently clash with mine).

WOW. 2000 seem like a lot... but I guess over the years, it can add up. Any idea where he/she is coming from? Seems very not-from-here.

Is it the poster who was going on and on about how the zoo thing wasn't actually in the zoo?

No, completely different.

I'm kind of nervous to know how many posts I've made.

Unrelated, but I have had some issues lately with the site. On my admittedly outdated version of IE it seems to crash a lot (or, I will get a message it crashed but if I click through that things will get better).

What version of IE is it? I haven't heard other complaints, but I can try to look into it.

When it says that it crashed, does it give any idea why it crashed? It could be related to an extension or something that you have installed. However, most likely it is a problem with Javascript caused by Google's ad code.

No it just says it's not working, or it needs to be recovered or something like that. My WAG would be it's something like the ad code because the page will load and then I'll get the message and if I click through I can post normally.
