Should I drink, or test?

Date night tomorrow with DH. Would normally have a glass of wine, but will be 11 dpo and have some Wondfos lying around. I don't want to test too early, but don't want to be cautious for nothing. If I were 9 or less, I wouldn't be phased, but...thoughts?

Don't test til after a missed period. A glass of wine is fine.

if you're 10 dpo you could probably get an accurate result from an FRER. Take a test and report back!

It's totally fine to drink AND test positively on a pregnancy test. Seriously--think of how many women have had a drink or two or three and not even known they were pregnant. You'll only be 11dpo. Pretend you're oblivious to when you had sex and ovulated.

Have a glass of wine then come home and test. Or test and have a glass of wine to celebrate hopefully good news!

I had two beers the night before I got a bfp, which was when my period was one day late. Everything was fine for me, and will be for you too.

Ha! That would require going out and buying one. It's amazing how lackluster my efforts are having a toddler. Back in the day, FRER was the only choice.
No, I took a Wondfo test, for the hell of it, after an afternoon of drinking water. I think it's negative, but I'm always able to dream up a faint line. Maybe I'll check tomorrow morning when I'm good and concentrated!

Ya never know, a line has to start somewhere! My first sign of a positive frer I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. I still wonder if it was just coincidence that I got a positive the next day and it was in fact negative because it was soooooo light. Anyway, keep us updated!

I will! I tried again this morning and didn't see anything. Of course, two hours later there was a small evap line. I'm just going to stop the testing madness and wait.

I spent 5 months sober when trying to conceive DD. Finally, went to a dinner party / celebration where they poured everyone a glass of wine and a glass of champagne. I thought "what the heck" and had both... 4 days later I got my positive. When I told my Dr. "oops, I had two drinks" he said "you and just about everyone else".
