Clear Blue Monitor -- from Low to Peak?

My last few cycles have had my CBFM shoot from low to peak, and rather late in my cycle. I'm 39 and am wondering if the low to peak or later supposed ovulation is related? Has this happened to anyone else?

This happened to me the month I conceived. I was 41 at the time. Regular cycles.

I've gone low to peak like that. I still got pregnant. Not entirely sure what it means.
