Unfortunately you won't find a good deal from any retailer in the US.

The good news is that southeast Turkey is now full of Syrian refugees, many of whom have excellent carpet weaving skills. You should think about design, patterns, colors etc. and then fly down to Antakya via Hatay, and take a dolmus down to Karbeyaz. Bring dollars cash. Or, if you want an adventure, head to Kobane. The deals there are now excellent.
