I am looking for the white bags with handles for my child's Valentine's Day party. Some of the places online have them for so expensive, like $2 a bag. Does anyone know if I can get them in bulk or at least much cheaper. Was hoping not to spend more than $20 on 25 of them.

| Dollar Store is always a good place for stuff like that. Not sure they'll have exactly what you want but they typically have good seasonal stuff. |
