Pacific Foods Pho Soup Base

Has anyone seen this in a local store? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0052HX9LI/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_1?pf_rd_p=1944687722&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B008N11JEE&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=033B973H8376A2RRAHNR

I've tried Whole Foods and Mom's with no luck. Amazon only sells it by the case, and I'd like to try it to see if I like it before I commit.

Thanks!

I have bought it in WF, Silver Spring. This was last year and the soup I made was meh, so haven't repurchased.

There are loads of Asian grocery stores around here that sell a good selection of pho broth base. Have you tried them?

You can go to a local Asian food store and buy a Pho seasoning packet with everything you need and grab a stick of lemongrass from the veggies section. Use that with beef broth and you'll be all set.

When I make the ATK pho recipe in my slow cooker, they rec a carton of chicken and one of beef.

I would rather just get a bowl without all the work! $8!

Don't know about the pho base, but I have been underwhelmed by the other Pacific foods products I have tried.
