Chevy chase preschools

I just moved to chevy chase and have heard that preschools are competitive. What are the best preschools in the chevy chase/ bethesda area and why? I tried a search but no recent threads popped up. Thanks in advance! This process is overwhelming without any personal connections I the area that have btdt! So thank you in advance!

We had a great experience at CCUMC. I'd argue that it's the "best" in CC, but in reality, ask 10 people and you'll get 10 different answers. CCPC, CCBC and CCUMC are the more established preschools and are all wonderful. Broad Branch is the answer if you want Montessori.

Outdoor Nursery School is the best in CC, IMO

It is not that bad. There are basically 3 schools, as the PP said. They are all very similar. Openings are really based on how many non-sibling spots are available each year. If there is one you like more than another, tell the director it is your first choice.
