Books about Montessori

| I am looking into kindergarten for my DD and I don't know much about the Montessori method. Can anyone recommend a book about it? The 2 schools I am looking at start in preschool and continue through middle school. Thanks. |

This book is dated (the pictures are hysterical), but the content is excellent:
A Parents' Guide to the Montessori Classroom by Aline D. Wolf The director at my daughter's school handed them out on back to school night. It's very comprehensive. |
