| Just got a great rate quote from Quicken loans on a jumbo refinance. Does anyone have recent experience with them? I've usually used a local lender. |

| We did it two years ago. Worked out great. They sent a notary to our house to sign all the paperwork |

+1 great rate and they were very easy to work with. My FIL passed away around the time we were supposed to close and they were able to switch things around quickly and get a notary in our ILs town to meet us at our hotel so we could get it done. |

| I used them when we bought our house and they were really easy to work with and accurate. We had to do a relatively quick closing 26 days from the time our offer was accepted and everything went super smoothly. |

| About to refinance a jumbo thru Allied Bank via Quicken Loans ( they gave me a better rate than Quicken directly) and all is moving smoothly. |
