| I desperately need a cut and highlights, but don't have time before an event tomorrow evening. Does anyone have a suggestion of where I can get an affordable blow-out tomorrow afternoon? Somewhere on the red line within DC would be ideal. |

| For just a blow out you can go to bubbles at pentagon city. There is also a bubbles in Cleveland park. |

Ugh, I had a horrible blowout at Hair Cuttery once. The lady had no clue how to do it! |

Ugh! Me too. I'd read on here about how Hair Cuttery blowouts were a little-known secret. It took the lady 60 minutes to do mine, and when she was finished it looked like I had just dried my own hair in my usual half-assed manner. |
