We've had very good success with Room & Board and Arhaus (the latter was the best sofa I've ever sat on in my life! Still going strong 10 years later. We are moving and need a new one to fit the new space and sadly Arhaus sofas are a bit too bulky for our new space).

We love our custom sectional from Bassett. We also look at various contemporary and traditional sofas and they were nice, but in the end, we decided that the custom sectional could be designed to fit our space better. We went to the showroom in Rockville and the place was large, so had a good selection to sample.

What's your price range, OP? I second Arhaus and Room & Board, but it all depends on your expectations. They are not cheap by any means, but they're also not super high-end. I think we paid about $5K for a very large sectional from Arhaus, in one of the cheaper--but still very nice, IMHO-- fabric options.
