Need ideas for 70th birthday for FIL

| FIL is turning 70, and would like to do something extra special for him, or get him something special. Any ideas? He's soooo hard to buy for, I am completely stumped. |

| Take him on a trip or pay for a trip for him to go on. Does he golf or fish? Maybe a trip that is focused around a hobby or activity he enjoys. Another idea is do a family trip in his honor, rent a beach housework mountain cabin. |

| A funny slideshow and a photobook. My nieces did this for my dad on his 70th-- they dressed in 1970s attire and told the story of his life. It was hilarious. |

| When my dad turned 70 I had my out of town siblings come into town for the weekend, just for him. We did a nice dinner out one night, and had a dinner party with his friends the next night. He's a simple guy and he LOVED every second of it. |
