getting cushions made for kitchen banquette

I have a very long banquette bench in the kitchen that runs the full span of the room (maybe 12 feet?). I'd like to get a long cushion and some coordinating Sunbrella (or other durable fabric) pillows. I was about to contact Calico Corners for an estimate. They did our curtains many years ago and they're perfect (though they were very expensive).

Anyone done something similar? How much did it cost you? Any suggestions for other sources? I don't know where else to look. I'm not really comfortable just ordering online.

I had them make a mattress for an odd-sized, antique cradle a few years ago and they did a great job. I believe they stock Sunbrella fabrics.

Buy the foam at JoAnne's or order it online and have your dry cleaners make it for you. It's only a few seams.

I think Calico Corners is way overpriced. They screwed up our very expensive curtains and refused to correct them.

For something like this though, I wouldn't make one long cushion. Even if you get a resilient kind of fabric, if you get a stain that won't come out, you can only flip it once.
