Ours here charges $125/hour plus a complicated mark up on services she arranges, discount on furniture (she passes on some of her discount).
At our beach house we are using someone who has her own store. The services are free (after a $100 initial consultation) but purchases are full price. She's been able to source rugs, slipcovers, carpentry services, etc so it's pretty much full service. I prefer the latter approach so far but haven't found the equivalent service here. |
