Help Me Find a Wall-Mounted Toothbrush Holder With a Square Backplate

Due to space constaints, I need a wall-mounted toothbrush holder.

This is my first choice, but it's discontinued.



This is my second choice, also discontinued.



Anyone have any other suggestions for a wall-mounted toothbrush holder with a square backplate? If there's a matching wall-mounted soap dish, that would be a bonus.
