Biology SAT2. When to take it?

Does a HS kid take the Biology SAT subject test (called achievement tests in the last century, when I last saw this stuff) after freshman biology, or after a more advance biological science class?

No advice from the HS.

took it when taking AP Bio. regular bio did not cover enough.

Don't take it too late if you plan to use that score in college apps.
