The phrase you're looking for is fleece lined tights. Target has them, as do a bunch of other places.

You can find fleece-lined tights at Gap, H&M, and places on the cheap like Nordstrom Rack.

If you want thicker tights that are not fleece-lined (that shiz can get hot), I suggest Assets, the lower end version of Spanx. They sell at Target and online on Amazon.

I bought these this year and they are wonderful. I can't find them in the store anymore, though. Maybe they have them online?
