Place for Happy Hour in Foggy Bottom area

Anyone have any suggestions for where to go for Happy hour in the Foggy Bottom area? I have friends who are coming to town and we are looking for a place to go before heading to Founding Farmers.

There are not a lot of good options. Circa, Tonic (3rd floor is quieter but needs a renovation) or District Commons (best option).
