| I'm married and have been with DH for about 15 years but I still actually will go to the bathroom when we get home and take this off (if I'm really motivated, I'll put on a sexy pair of undies to replace them, but often just nothing) before we get on down. Its silly but I need the smoothing in certain dresses and such but if I had DH pull them off I think it would make me just totally out of the mood and concentrating on my body issues instead of in the moment. Dumb, but true. |

| I unhook the bra, and kind of wiggle it down. I usually have a tank top on top of the undercuts shaper. I would prefer to take it off and put on something sexier, but that just isn't workable sometimes. |

| I have been known to remove Spanx in the ladies' room before heading home for the evening. Only if I can do it inconspicuously and head straight for the car! I only have the thigh/tummy ones though. |
