I want to make life easier, and I'm thinking we'll try shifting to a rotational meal schedule for a couple months. What do you think? Too much red meat?
Monday- Lentils Tuesday- Tacos (ground beef) Wed- Chicken with sauce Thurs- ?? pasta? Fri- Tilapia Sat- hamburgers |

Don't forget to plan sides as well. I'd add a side vegetable to Wednesday and Friday in particular. Maybe a salad on Wednesday, and some sort of coleslaw or sweet potato fries on Saturday. Tuesday and Saturday, include all toppings in your shopping/prep plan (lettuce, diced tomatoes, etc).
