| Is taking clomid and timed intercourse an option? I'm thinking we should try clomid and timed intrrcourse before moving onto iui. Any thoughts? All of my tests came back normal, including the hsg. |

| Sure, that's an option. If there are any male-factor sperm issues, IUI would be better than TI. |

| We got pregnant the first time with only clomid. The cycle was monitored, if that's what you mean by timed intercourse. All of the tests for me and DH were normal, but my cycles were highly irregular/nonexistent. |

| Had a friend get pregnant with just clomid and she used ovulation pee sticks to time her intercourse. |

| By "only Clomid" you do mean along with proper monitoring by an RE, correct? The RE will monitor your bloodwork to make sure your hormones are doing what they should be doing while following the number & size of your follicles to prevent HOM. They will also monitor your uterine lining, as Clomid can eventually cause it to thin, which is why there is a 6 time maximum to using it. |
