We looked for names that meant lucky or fertile as our second was a very happy surprise after years of unexplained secondary infertility.

The best we came up with was Felicia/felicity/felice.

I really like Micaela.

I know a girl named Miracle.

She was a surprise after parents told they could not conceive.

Also know a Jennifer, born after parents adopted two children. Yeah, Jennifer. Her parents were equally thrilled as Miracle's but didn't feel like coming up with a cutesy symbolic or made up name to validate their fertility.
