Aetna fed Open Access HMO - cover speech therapy?

Anyone know if speech therapy for my 5 y.o. would be covered by the federal Aetna Open Access plan?

We have this ins and you should check on your own, but we did not have any luck and ended up paying cash for the entire year of speech therapy for my son. There are some speech therapists in network, but I never got a call back from the ones I left a message or the one that did call me back said they only do speech therapy for people who need it b/c of brain damage, or something similar. Like you got into a car accident that caused brain damage and now need speech therapy. Even the neuropsych eval, the ins co would not cover b/c they considered it "educational." We just gave up and decide to pay cash for the full amount. That way, we could go to whoever we wanted. Not cheap. I'm looking to put my son in more speech therapy, so if you find someone who does take it, please let me know.
