Geared toward illness. Is there a diet one I missed?

People post and discuss diets in both forums. Pick whichever one you want. Health would be my choice, personally.

NO! There is so much nonsense out there that leads to disordered thinking about our bodies and food and our self-worth. Please, we do not need a specific forum dedicated to this.

Make a New Year's resolution to eat Using smaller plates. A big problem with the American diet is portion size. Just eat less at any given time. And tell yourself you can always have more in a couple hours if you're still hungry.

I don't know... I think a big problem suffered by many is the heartbreak of being a know it all. Symptoms include pretending to understand complex problems that even experts cannot agree on, sharing this special knowledge as often as possible, and never, ever admitting to being wrong. See your doctor for a prescription.
