New yrs day brunch menu - please give your opinions!

4 families, each with 2 kids under 6

Invited for 11am on Saturday (not on actual New Years)

Baked french toast
Baked frittata with broccoli and cheddar
Chicken sandwiches (also end up getting baked - from pioneer wonan)
Mini quiches
Fruit salad

And maybe a baked ziti for the kids.

I know everything seems baked, but it all has to be pre- prepared - I'm in health care and there's a good chance I'll have to work the night before...

Looks great.

I'd think about more than one fruit option, to ensure that picky kids have a fruit they will eat. Some might not like the salad. Clementines, or apple slices, or bananas, or just some washed strawberries--simple choices for them.

Add good coffee and tea (and mimosas if it's that kind of party), and you look set.

I don't think you need the baked ziti, but if you go that way, then maybe a vegetable too. If that seems like extra work, 86 the ziti.
