| Any good brand of champagne in the $30 range? |
| Proscecco. |
| For $30, you can get an excellent sparkling wine! You need to define what you're tastes are - sweet, not so sweet, dry. I routinely drink sparkling wines and am currently on a rose/red jag. LOVE them. Go to some place like Total Wine/Beverage and you'll have an excellent range of choice and someone to help you. |

Rodman's recommended this one to me and I thought it was very nice.

Total wine has a 9$ cava which I really like. I was skeptical at first but it was highly rated. It's Rondel.
J has a good sparkling for around $25. |
+2 I also like the Domaine Carneros sparking wines. |
|
Gruet is a nice choice, but I generally find it well under the $30 price point.
For $25ish, my hands-down favorites are Scharmsberg & Mumm Napa. |
| Champagne refers to the beverage from the Champagne region of France. I love it but a more budget-friendly choice is Freixenet, a Spanish cava. Prosecco is good also. |
| La Marca Prosecco is DELICIOUS |
| I just picked up a bottle of Korbel Brut..... Mistake? or o.k.? |
Good choices. Also Roederer (the one from Anderson Valley in Mendocino, not the one in France). I just picked up an Argyle today for $26. Sparkling from the Willamette Valley, OR. 55% chardonnay / 45% pinot noir. Looking forward to trying it out. |
Just alright. Perfectly drinkable, but not going to impress anyone. Snobs will look down their noses. |
Indeed. Champagne is a sparkling wine. Not all sparkling wine is Champagne. |
| I got Cupcake Proseco. It seems to have good ratings, we'll see. |
