Need experienced hair colorist near Rockville/Beth/SS that can also cut hair

I checked the archives and called a few of the recommended places (mostly in DC) and they are booked for this week. I shouldn't have waited until the last minute, so now I am looking for a fresh listing of stylists that are excellent with hair color and cuts. Prefer close-in DC locations since I will need to go right after work.

This isn't particularly close in, but it's Rockville: Progressions Salon. I've been going there for years and love it. Everyone I've seen there is good.
