Best local Subaru service department - Stohlman, Herb Gordon, and Fitzgerald?

I just bought a 2015 Subaru from a dealer in Annapolis. Too far to return there for service.

Which is the best Subaru service department in the area? Fitzgerald in Bethesda, Stohlman in VA, or Herb Gordon in Silver Spring? Those seem to be three closest to NWDC. I will want to bring the car to a Subaru dealer for service, and would love to know if one of these is to be avoided.

Stolman is awful. They never fix the problem the first time, and charge you for the errors. If they can not find the problem while on warranty, they replace the sensor. Then, off warranty, it is $500 every six months -- for a problem with a TSB. I had purchased 3 cars there, and noticed high turnover in the service dept....

I bought my Subaru from Fitzgerald in Bethesda and take it there for service when there is a recall or warranty issues. Never had a problem. Easy to schedule an appointment with them and they have always fixed the issue.

Congrats on the Subaru!! I bought mine from Stohlman a few weeks ago but will be using the Springfield dealer for service.

We bought four Subarus from Stohlman and have always received good service for the last ten years.

OP here. Thanks all. I am bummed to hear the negative review of Stohlman, as I was leaning toward that one as it is so close to Tysons. I've enjoyed having Montgomery Mall across the street from the Toyota dealer/service and I was hoping to find a Subaru dealer close to a mall.
