Rose's Luxury on a Monday night?

Can anyone advise on what the wait at Rose's Luxury would be on a Monday night? I have a friend in town next week and we are thinking about trying it, but not sure if we would have to get in line at 5:00 like on a weekend. Also not sure if next week will be better/worse with people on vacation?

Any advice?

I did a Monday night. Showed up around 4:45 and there was a line. We did not get seated in the first seating and so had to give our cell number. I think we got called around 7:00 or so, maybe a little earlier.

I've already been there so no need to worry about the hype. I just don't know what to expect on a Monday night.
