I do a ham primavera with cubed ham, pasta in a fun shape, frozen peas and alfredo sauce. Not gourmet by any means, but my kids gobble it up and I'll take what I can get!

Broccoli, cream and cheese soup from the Pioneer Woman. Saw this on tv the other day and she put in diced leftover ham at the end just to heat it through, looked so good.
DH doing some kitchen repairs today, otherwise I would have already made this soup. Tomorrow for sure. Where can I get those bread bowls?

Cubed, in breakfast hash browns

Agree with white bean soup. Cook the beans from scratch with the ham bone in.
