Help out a long time vegetarian

Anonymous
Hi there, I'm vegetarian and having a party on Sunday and serving dinner-- vegetable lasagna, salad, etc. When I joined Costco I got a coupon for a free rotisserie chicken, so I figured this would be a perfect time to use it. This is kind of a dumb question, but… how do I serve it? Just cut it up? Do I have to heat it, or serve room temperature? I have to get it Saturday since Costco is closed Sunday, so it will have to be refrigerated... Any help appreciated.

Why would Costco be closed on Sunday?

Id cut into it a little, like breast near and such. Then leaving serving knife and fork nearby so people can cut the pieces they want.

Costco is open on Sundays. It's not a major holiday.

How to carve a whole roast chicken:

Tent it in foil and warm it in the oven on an oven proof platter. Don't forget to put the tray on a towel or trivet.

Super, that's helpful, thanks!

And to the PPs… you're right, Costco is open Sunday… for various reasons I need to do the shopping on Saturday, so in my mind I was thinking "Costco is closed"… I know it's not actually closed, not sure why I wrote that! LOL. Yikes, it has been a long day.
