Where can I find these?

Which stores sell vegan cheese, gluten free pasta and gluten free bread?

Whole Foods has a gluten free bakery. You could also try Trader Joes and/or Lilit Cafe. The latter is a restaurant in Bethesda but they have a freezer section with bread, etc.

If someone needs to follow a Celiac diet, make sure the vegan cheese is also GF. Things like "modified cornstarch" for example may contain gluten.

Some soy cheeses still have milk protein in them so check the labels if you really want vegan. Most of the vegan cheeses taste awful but I do recommend the Tofutti brand of vegan cheese. The taste and texture is better than most but it's quite high in fat. You can't have everything, ya know.

Modified cornstarch will never contain gluten. In fact if you see the ingredient "starch" it has to be made from corn.
