are there ANY quality daycares in the S. Arlington/Crystal City area with availability??

We have just moved here and it seems there is no hope to find a place for our infant. We need care immediately, but of course have high standars for quality care. All Bright Horizons centers have the mile-long waitlist. All of the word-of-mouth leads we've received thus far have sadly been well below the standard. We realize its a shot in the dark, but...Are there any suggestions out there for a setup that you are exceedingly happy with? Thank you so much.
