This is all part of Bannon's plan. He has called for the equivalent of the Star Chamber: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Chamber |
| The irony of the DOJ committing extremely blatant perjury whole attempting to prosecute Comey for a very convoluted perjury argument sure is something. |
| Isn't Bondi's law license now on the line since she claimed she'd reviewed and ratified everything that Halligan did? |
Depends, did she sign anything or make any direct statements to the court? |
Wouldn't the Florida bar have to disbar her? We know that won't happen.l |
It's on the last page of this filing. https://www.politico.com/f/?id=0000019a-84d6-d49b-af9f-b4f6dac00000 |
Ooo yeah, she might be in trouble. |
|
The DoJ attorney also said he didn't know about any memo and the told the judge he was under orders not to talk about the memo he supposedly knew nothing about. Which again can get that attorney personally in trouble. You don't lie to the judge. |
Then... Disbar her in every other state where she has a license along with any Florida bar members that are covering for her. |
State bars have reciprocal discipline. The Virginia Bar has jurisdiction over actions committed in Virginia. Under agreements Florida is supposed to apply penalties imposed by Virginia as well. |
The 4th Circuit can revoke her ability to practice before the courts of the circuit. That would "shot circuit" Halligan's ability to serve as USA in the Eastern District. |
| I realize this pales in comparison, but she also interrupted the judge who called on her to explain. He started by saying "Am I correct..." and she interrupted and said "No, you're not." Can you fathom acting that way in a court of law, to a judge?? It just shows the utter contempt these imbeciles have for the rule of law. |
| I cannot comprehend why these people would risk everything to lie for trump. |
