Are you ever capable of having a discourse with someone you disagree with without resorting to name calling and personal attacks? You seem developmentally frozen in early childhood. |
Your response is why they decided not to press charges. The person is concerned for their safety and the safety of those around them. Who needs the harassment and threats that come with telling the truth about Trump? His followers never believe it and are not above violence. |
Nope. If you’re PP, you’re a bully and spreading misinformation. That’s the reason the employee is not filing charges. Because of fear of people like PP. |
The DOJ could still press charges under any number of laws, but it's not. It's pretty clear that the Biden-Harris administration doesn't want any more attention on the event. |
They could. Why wouldn’t Biden and Harris want more attention on this? |
Why must MAGA always make stuff up? The reporting is clear. The employee explained the rules to Trump and his entourage and tried to enforce them. Then someone in his entourage physically shoved the employee aside and ignored not only the rules but common human decency. The employee, respecting the mores of ANC, did not escalate and filed a report. Trump’s behavior is repugnant and you are missing some human decency yourself if you honestly can’t understand why his actions are inappropriate. |
DP. Is it in the realm of possibility that the employee would have a tough case to make? Or perhaps the employee was told by someone in the current administration to say that charges weren't being pursued out of fear of Trump? Having the media twist the facts of the situation, and combine that with a decline to pursue charges, is a classic way of blunting the impact of the main event. I'd be curious to know if the ANC employee had any conversations with the current administration and/or the Harris campaign. |
Is it much more likely that the employee rightfully fears harassment that Trump and MAGA have demonstrated for the past number of years? |
Those are the magic words, aren't they? The reporters weren't there, so the facts aren't clear. One way to get those facts out is to press charges and have a trial with eye witnesses testifying under oath. Since that isn't happening, everything - including reporting - is hearsay. |
As if Trump would face repercussions? He never faces accountability. Why would the employee face your MAGA wrath for something that Trump would lawyer away? Trump’s on the wrong side of this (yet again) and he’s deservedly getting hammered over it. This will follow him for a while. |
Look. Maybe in your weird warped world. If you want to be a conspiracy theorist and pretend like you need a trial to believe what was reported, have at it. But those of us who don’t want to waste valuable tax dollars are fine with sticking with the reporting. Here’s a hint: just look at the photo, consider the location (the spot where grieving family and friends visit with the ones who put their lives on the line and died for the freedom we enjoy every day) and ask yourself if Trump is appropriate. |
Because the whole thing is a lie. A fabrication. And now it’s falling apart. |
Correct. I support Trump and I would LOVE to see Garland charge him with this, just so we can all see the video of what happened, and have people testify, under oath, about what happened. But the Harris/Biden/Obama administration wants this whole thing to just go away now and be forgotten about. Nope. I demand Trump be charged, so this can go to court. |
??? Nah, let’s keep this in the press. Trump f@cked up bad this time, and he’s going to get hounded over it for a while. Strange conspiracy you got going, though… |
I’m the PP you cannot control yourself with. Please cite what was misinformation in the 3 points I made, which I will repost again here: 1) The “victim” is declining to press charges. 2) The Army wants to close the matter ASAP. 3) Trump has been the target of numerous Justice Dept actions, warrants and indictments in the last 24 months. Now, please tell us which one of those those three statements is misinformation. And please do so without your typical name calling and rudeness. |
