I ate expired imitation crab. Am I going to get sick?

| I got home from the grocery store where I bought it and had about 10 bites. I am paranoid so as I was closing the package I looked on the back to check the expiration date and of course it expired yesterday, December 18. It tasted fine but how likely is it I'm going to get sick? I am five months pregnant and worried. |

| Rotten food tastes rotten. You're fine. For what it's worth, I've found that mock crab is frequently expired on the shelf. I don't think the seafood guys check it very frequently so you have to check it when you buy it. |

Food doesn't go bad overnight on the day of its expiration date. You'll be fine! |

| Day past is deinitely OK. Usually imitation crab is frozen for most of its time on the shelf as well so it's not going to go bad. When the sticks are on sale at the Korean grocery store I stock up and keep it in the freezer. |
