Capitol Hill / Barracks Row restaurant -

My Aunt (70) and cousin (41) just moved to Capitol Hill, and I'm floundering for a xmas gift for them. I'm thinking a gift card to a restaurant in their new 'hood would be nice -- they're both foodie types, but the 70 year old would not appreciate wait times (Rose's Luxury). What are some good choices? Thanks!

Belga Cafe is a Barracks Row mainstay. Montmartre on 7th is excellent, too.

Hank's Oyster Bar or Ambar. I think both have a nice combination of ambience and food. Ambar may be a touch loud for a 70 year old though.
