Help - where can I buy latkes today in NWDC for tonight's Hanukkah celebration?

We leave town at 6am tomorrow so I can't make (and clean up) latkes tonight. Is there anywhere I can buy latkes today? Does Whole Foods still carry them? I can get to Georgetown, Foggy Bottom, AU Park, or Friendship Heights.
