Suggest a fast easy to make cookie

| Already have toll house and don't want to make cookie cutter cookies oe twice baked cookies. I need a suggestion foe something easy and good to put in cookie bag for neighbors. |

Whipped shortbread drizzled with chocolate. They take like 5 minutes to make, and are always a favourite.
There's a million recipes online.... http://bakeeatrepeat.ca/cookiesbars/whipped-shortbread/ looks like the one I use. I dont "cherry", which is predictable and lame. Get some good dark chocolate, Melt and stir in a tsp or two of your favourite liqueur (raspberry highly recommended). Drizzle over cookies, or dip in a single corner. People will act like you spent hours, when really most of the time you were having a glass of wine, surfing DCUM
