Is there a good dermatologist that can figure out what I'm allergic to?

| After having three babies, I can no longer put anything in my face. I seemed to have become allergic to everything. My face gets these tiny bumps everywhere I had put the product on. The only thing that takes it away is a steroid cream. The strange thing is it has happened when using plain old coconut oil too. Can someone direct me to a great derm? |
