I would like to hear from people about schools that have healthy atmospheres for women and aren't getting sued by the government. Also- after what we have seen with the Catholic church, are there any cases pending against colleges for covering up sexual assault? |
Not sure which specific colleges do best, apart from all-women's colleges, of course.
But not being sued by the government doesn't necessarily a guarantee a healthy atmostphere. In fact, being sued by the government may well prompt the sort of necessary changes that colleges that haven't yet been sued haven't yet seen the need to implement. |
I the Berklee has the highest number of assault complaints, according to some report by the NYTimes. Do you think more sexual assaults occur at Berklee?
Most likely, it's the places that are NOT being scrutinized, the ones that fly under the radar, that are the least safe. |
Women make up 60% of university students nation-wide, so they are the majority at just about every university. |
And being used by the government, or more accurately, investigated by the government, does not mean there is an unhealthy atmosphere. Particularly when the government is Obama's education department. |
