Shredded salad - kale, Brussels sprouts and broccoli stalks

I are a fantastic salad at a potluck today and would like to replicate it. Think it had some green apple too. Is there someplace that sells a bagged mix or individually shredded components?

Costco sells a shredded kale salad mix.

It's called Eat Smart .

Yikes, this salad sounds hardcore, even for me, a veteran of former decades of raw food and vegetarianism. Do you healthy young ladies eat it plain, without gobs of salad dressing????

If it had cranberries, pepitas and poppyseed dressing, it's the Costco one. It's awesome!

Personally, I throw away the dressing it comes with (poppyseed goo) and spritz with lemon and olive oil. It's so yummy. Sometimes I use the pepitas and cranberries it comes with, but not usually.

I use just a bit of the poppyseed dressing and the pepitas/cranberries. It's good, but it gives me gas!

NP here, the Costco one is actually really good. And I say this as I'm chowing down on a bowl of chili, with a handful of chocolate truffles staring at me for dessert, so I'm definitely not a self-depriving healthy eater.

It does come with dressing, which is good, but I also eat it with a mix of lemon juice and olive oil, maybe a splash of red wine vinegar also. The dried cranberries do help sweeten it just enough - I love the contrast between them and the kale. I never believed kale salad could be good until I tried this mix.

I don't even like salad and I love the Costco one. I sparingly use the dressing - probably wouldn't like it without it.
