Restaurants in the 12th and k area???

We live in Kensington and a friend of ours is coming to a conference in DC. He will be staying on 12th and K. Does anyone have suggestions of good moderately priced restaurants with a nice atmosphere in that general area? We are going out on a wed night-- so I don't think it would be too hard to get reservations. It doesn't have to be right there, but the general vicinity..... Thanks so much!!!

I hear very good things about Acadiana or Corduroy, but haven't been to either yet myself.
If you're into the Belgian thing (I'm not), Brasserie Beck is right there.
If your budget's a little tighter or you just like a brewpub, Capital City Brewing Co. is a block or two down 12th.

Check out Zaytinya. Very good and I don't recall it being through the roof expensive. Nice spot.
