Gift idea for close girlfriend?

| I have a very special girlfriend who serves as an honorary relative to my children (we have no in-town relatives, and she often serves that function for us). She's our kids' emergency contact, emergency babysitter, etc., and showers them with gifts. She's also a great friend to me, and I like to give her a nice gift at Christmas. She tends to prefer things we can do together, so in the past I've done spa days, mani/pedi/shopping/lunch, cooking classes. Any thoughts on other options? I'd like to do something new this year. |
