If so, can you help me choose one? I had the opportunity to try the coffee made with those machines during the summer and I am in love. I have decided to get one for myself for X-mas but now, looking at the website, I am overwhelmed. Any suggestions?
As a side note, I want something that take the regular pods…. 18 months ago I bought my husband the latest Keurig machine at the time for father's day, which was the "V Cup" and now we regret it dearly. It is so freaking hard to find the pods for the v cup line… we can only find at Bed Bath and Beyond at Tysons or Amazon (very expensive!) and the sales clerk just told me they are discontinuing this line and will carry the cups for only one more year. I am pissed! Waste of money! Anyway, back to Nespresso…if you have any suggestions I appreciate it! And if you have the milk frother do you use it regularly? Was it worth? Tia! |
| Pixie and Aerocino. Use them all the time and love them. |
| Pixie, makes a great coffee every single cup. |

I don't use the milk froth. |
+1 |
| I LOVE ours! I use the milk frother daily. |
| Hi OP. I posted a Nespresso thread a few weeks back but just went looking for it for you and it's gone. Perhaps it was a victim of the server crash a bit back. I ended UK getting the Virtuoline. We love it. The Original Line only makes espresso in 2 small sizes. The Virtuoline makes 8 oz coffee size as well. My husband really only drinks coffee so it was a no brainier for us. I ended up getting the bundle with the aerochino (only choices with Virtuoline are color and with or without aerochino). Although we don't regularly froth milk or make lattes, people raved about it s I got it. So far, we like it a lot. I got it during the 25% off sale. There's no sale now but you get $100 in coffee now which turns out to be about the same deal or maybe slightly better because I then spent $100 or more on pods. |
| I love my Nespresso as well, I have a Pixie. Just an FYI OP - if you bought your V Cup at Bed Bath and Beyond (and even if you didn't), they have a very very liberal return policy. Even if you don't have a receipt or even if you didn't buy it there. They will give you a store credit. I felt squeamish the first time doing it with a juicer I bought but they were more than accommodating and took it back with no questions asked. |

Pixie and aerocino. Having my second cup right now.
The pod styles don't make a difference because you generally can only get the pods directfrom nespresso by mail or from Bloomingdales. They both have the full selection. |
I have the pixie and love it. The good thing is I live near friendship heights and can go over to Bloomies to get pods - otherwise you have to order them online. This is critical to know if you think you want to buy pods at costco or some other place. You can't! |
| Regarding the v cups, you can order from Keurig and get free shipping for orders over $45 and they have specials so the cost is usually less than in stores. |
| I only drink regular coffee, but am considering the Vertuoline for my frequent houseguests who prefer espresso. Will I be happy using this machine for my daily coffee, or would I be better off keeping a regular coffee machine and buying a separate espresso machine? |

| Sorry for the double post! |
| I have the Vertuoline and love it. My husband and I love the regular coffee. In the summer, I enjoy iced lattes (using the espresso shots). When we have guests, they can enjoy whatever they prefer! Even our friends who are true coffee/espresso snobs love it. It's lovely. |
