Can any dealer get a car listed in the local inventory?

| I'm shopping for a Toyota, and there is only one car in the local inventory with the specs that I want. The Toyota inventory search doesn't say where the car is. Can I negotiate with any dealer and assume that they would be able to get the car for me? Thanks! |

| Many of them should be able to get the car, but not necessarily all. The dealerships have to have a mutual agreement to swap cars, and they don't all have those with each other. At least that's what we learned shopping for Hondas recently. |

| Does it show the VIN? If so google that, and it will pop up what dealer has it |

| You call up your dealer and ask if they can get you that specific car. |
