RN working PRN for a hospital/What is the hourly rate

This would be working for the hospital, not an agency. What is the hourly rate for Northern VA?

At the Inova hospitals it was $35 per hour unless it's been raised recently. That's before shift diff which can add up to $8 more for weekend nights
