Moving furniture purchased on Craig's list?

There is a piece of furniture I would like to buy from Craigs list Philly but I have no idea how I could move it down here.
Any suggestions?

Drive truck up there.
Drive truck down here with furniture.
Return truck.

OP here. Didn't think it was necessary to state this part:
I cannot move the furniture myself and don't have anyone to help--not sure if it could even do it with just one other person if I did have a truck and one other person.

Rent uhaul truck with helpers in Philly.
Drive truck down here.
Arrange for friends to help you here.
Return uhaul truck.

You could always offer to pay more for the item if the seller loads it into your truck using his friends/neighbors. Have your friends or hire someone to help you unload here.

OP, join Zipcar (nominal amount). They have trucks you can rent on an hourly/daily basis for a reasonable amount.
