Hi All,

I've heard conflicting answers about this issue. When TTC is oral sex as foreplay a bad idea? I've heard that saliva, while not necessarily a contraceptive, can have some inhibiting effects. I've also heard it makes no difference.

What have all of you heard? Thanks.

I know they say not to use saliva as a lubricant when TTC because it can harm sperm. So I guess my indelicate answer is - maybe it's okay as long as saliva doesn't get near the vagina???
